What's New in VertiGIS FM Version 10.17

Platform

• The Swagger UI has been updated and now features a more modern design.
• Security for password changes has been improved. After a password change, existing sessions are now properly invalidated.
• Control of interfaces and background services has been improved. API endpoints and background services are now provided according to demand.
• The technical foundation of the reporting features has been modernized to ensure reliable use and long-term support.
• The map feature in the app now supports role-based visibility, analogous to the web application. This allows the display of map content to be controlled based on the respective user roles.

App

• The dialog flow for measures has been optimized. Unnecessary completion and save prompts during editing are thereby avoided.
• Synchronization of large numbers of documents has been improved. Synchronization cancellations in apps with many documents have been fixed.

Energy App

• The Energy App has been extensively enhanced. This includes a new workflow for creating meters, as well as further improvements when working with energy data.

Greenspaces App

• The Greenspaces App has been further expanded. Additional fields are available for data capture.
• Green spaces can now be managed directly within the app as independent objects.
• Updated display and navigation of green spaces, including fixes for synchronization and iOS display issues.
• Inspections have been expanded to include the areas of Assessment and Maintenance Measures. Inspections have been supplemented with the Assessment and Maintenance Measures sections.

Energy Management

• Billing now correctly takes the existing object permissions into account.
• The loading times in the “Sensor” and “Sensor Values” searches have been improved.
• The alarm functions for sensors have been expanded. Alarms can be defined more flexibly based on time periods and other time-related criteria.

Contact Management

• The Swagger UI for creating contacts, companies, and employees has been expanded to include additional fields, providing more options for the automated creation of contact data.

Costs and Budget

• The Swagger API for inventory transactions has been expanded to include the cost center. This allows additional cost information to be taken into account when integrating inventory transactions.
• Support for XInvoices has been expanded to include additional recipients and master data.

Lease Management

• Data on consumption from energy management can now be taken into account directly in the report data source for service charge statements.
• The XInvoice export has been expanded. 
  • Support for XInvoices for service charge statements and advance charges.
  • Expansion to include additional payment methods. 
  • Support for invoice recipients, service recipients, delivery addresses, and legal notices for more complete and compliant electronic invoicing.

Key Management

• The master data for cylinders has been expanded to include an additional field for recording the year of manufacture.

Service Desk

• Tickets can now also be filtered and searched using the “Floor” object type.
