What's New in VertiGIS FM Version 10.15

VertiGIS FM will be released on June 24, 2026 with Version 10.15 – featuring new functions and improvements. A complete list of all changes can be found in the changelog at

Here is an overview of the most important new features:

Platform

• The start page (dashboard of a module, search, ...) can now be defined per role. This allows for uniform start pages to be set for user groups.
• WebApp: Performance when opening a task with many checklists has been improved.
• The calculation of the height of dashboard elements within the dashboard has been improved (especially in combination with map elements).
• Notifications for users are generally displayed after login (regardless of the configured start page).
• AI functionalities are available for translating multilingual fields and for assisted entry of checklists.

App

• The display of objects on the map is based on the geometry defined in ArcGIS. The symbology is also shown in color when vector graphics have been configured.
• Tasks, defects, and reports can be displayed on the map using the geometry of the parent device. It is not necessary to create separate map layers for these objects.
• Performance when loading the map in the app has been improved for large data volumes.
• For faster login to the app, biometric data stored in the operating system can be used (not in conjunction with external identity providers).
• GPS tracking (display of the current location) works after minimizing and reopening the app.

App Energy

• When switching a meter, new meters can be recorded as part of the installation.

Checklists

• The display of checklist items within a checklist can depend on the result of a previous checklist item. Corresponding dependencies can be defined in the condition of a checklist item.

Contract Management

• In the index agreement, a new interval field 'Lockout period after adjustment' is available, which defines a pause in adjustments after an index adjustment has been made.

Costs and Budget

• When entering an invoice, an X-invoice can be uploaded and used for invoice entry. This pre-fills all fields and can be supplemented with further assignments if needed.

EasyConnect

• Performance when exporting and importing data using EasyConnect has been improved.

Energy Management

• A new energy evaluation 'Generation' is available for displaying a chart of current consumption in relation to feed-in and self-production.
• Supply areas can be recorded without a Building Management license. Supply areas serve to group meters and for joint consumption evaluation in energy reports.
• Consumption at the metering point is calculated and displayed daily from the first of the month to the current day, rather than only at the end of the month.
• An API for SO-Strom (for customers in Austria) is available to retrieve current meter data from the network operator.
• Object rights are appropriately considered during the Interpolate workflow.
• Metering points can be assigned to multiple supply areas to be included in different evaluations.
• The energy balance for a building that was commissioned during the year is considered proportionally.
• The sections Appointments and Notes are available on the meter.
• Bulk editing for sensors is available. Master data for the sensor as well as threshold values for notifications, e.g. in case of sensor failure, can be edited.
• In the charts for energy evaluation, guide lines to the x- and y-axis are displayed at the mouse pointer position.

Fleet Management

• The field "Responsible" for automatic assignment when generating a task from a maintenance strategy is available.

Green Spaces

• In the detail view for maintenance measures and inspections, the map is displayed showing the assigned object.

Maintenance

• When filtering the maintenance plan by location, the result list is filtered to the selected location.

• The maintenance plan has been extended for additional task types (fleet, tree, building management).

  

Tree Inventory

• In the detail view of the green area, the map shows the selected trees interactively on the map when a tree is selected from the 'Trees' detail view.
