VertiGIS FM will be released on 06 August 2025 with version 10.10 - with new functions and improvements. You can find a complete list of all changes in the changelog at https://changelogs.vertigis.com/
Here is an overview of the most important new features:
Platform
- Several searches can be stored in the VertiGIS Studio map configuration. If the first search does not produce a result for displaying the object, the second search is automatically used.
- The loading times of dashboards have been improved.
- It is now possible to anonymise employees based on their leaving date.
The leaving date can be stored in the employee's master data and configured as a reference date for the anonymisation of the employee with a deadline. - A report button for creating reports is available for the list of processes on the dashboards.
- The Swagger API has been expanded to include a function for creating documents.

When entering an address for a company, the mailbox can also be stored.
Maintenance App

The synchronisation time in the Maintenance app has been improved.
CAD -BIM

The import of IFC files is possible for the current version “IFC4x3 RC4”.
Energy management
- In the list of consumption at the metering point, there is a totalling line for direct consumption for all media.
- Within the Sankey diagrams, you can click on a meter to jump directly to the master data of the meter.
- Ring meters are correctly supported in Sankey diagrams.
Maintenance
- The loading times of the maintenance plan have been improved.
- If flexible properties of devices are configured for editing in a checklist, the authorisation is inherited from the flexible properties to the checklists, e.g. a read field.
Capacity planning
- Schedule overlaps are displayed immediately and automatically scheduled for the next free time if required.
- The weekend can optionally be deactivated for dispatching.
- Appointments that were not carried out in the past are shown as "open" in grey for the respective employee on the current day and can be rescheduled.
- The table headers are fixed in the dispatching overview. This improves the planning overview when scrolling.
Mobile map
- The map component for mobil+ has been updated to the current ArcGIS Runtime Version 200.7.
Costs and budget
- Attachments (PDF, PNG, JPEG and CSV documents) have been added to the export for XInvoices.
Rental management
- The expected contract end date based on the possible cancellation dates is displayed directly in the contract master data.
Key management
- The organisation and location filter for keys that are assigned to a location with organisations has been improved.
