What's New in VertiGIS FM Version 10.16

VertiGIS FM will be released on August 19, 2026 with Version 10.16 – featuring new functions and improvements. A complete list of all changes can be found in the changelog at

Here is an overview of the most important new features:

Platform

  • New REST/Swagger API for querying parcels (properties) from the parcel management system. This makes it easier to integrate property data into external applications and processes.
  • Improvements in GDPR processes with more reliable logging and extended options for anonymizing personal data.
  • The error in the automated deletion of documents via GDPR configurations has been fixed.
  • Appointments are now displayed in the calendar view with the correct time and actual duration.
  • The new Greenspaces app is supported by iOS and Android.

App Greenspaces

  • A new app for green spaces has been implemented
    • Selection of green areas including stands, trees, inspections, maintenance measures, and investigations
    • Conducting inspections including recording of damages, tree data, maintenance measures, and investigations
    • Recording, geolocation, and viewing of trees and stands
    • Map overview of trees with pending inspections

Outdoor Lighting

  • Improved search and filter functions make navigation and data analysis easier.
  • Various display and usability errors have been fixed.

Tree Register

  • In the detail views of maintenance measures and inspections, a map showing the assigned object is now displayed. This improves spatial orientation during editing.

Energy Management

  • Annual evaluations now also consider consumption data from meters that were assigned to a supply area only temporarily. This makes evaluations more accurate and meaningful.

Maintenance

  • Action reports can now include information from flexible properties of checklist items, allowing for more customized reports.

Mobile Map

  • Mobile+ maps from ArcGIS Portal and VertiGIS Studio can now also be reliably used in environments with OAuth-based login.

Costs and Budget

  • Support for recording and exporting invoices in the ZUGFeRD format for easier integration of digital invoicing processes.

Cost Calculation

  • Investment items can be assigned to multiple components. This simplifies planning and documentation of complex measures.

Inventory Management

  • Extension of the Swagger/REST API for integration of inventory management and meter data.
    • Inventory information can be retrieved via the API.
    • Inventory movements can be processed automatically.
    • Meter readings can be automatically transferred to VertiGIS FM.

Key Management

  • The overview of issued keys has been expanded. Additionally, the return date of a key is now displayed with the contact, making it easier to track issues and returns.

Service Desk

  • The report output for tickets now supports displaying multiple stored images within a report. Previously, only the first image was considered.

Condition Assessment

  • Sorting and display of checklists in inspections has been improved. Checklists are shown more clearly and can be presented in a more logical order.
