What's New in VertiGIS FM version 10.12

VertiGIS FM will be released on December 10, 2025 with Version 10.12 – featuring new functions and improvements. A complete list of all changes can be found in the changelog at

Here is an overview of the most important new features:

Platform

• Process steps can be assigned Flexible Properties. This allows for more customized design.
• An OpenID Connect interface (OIDC) is available to support additional modern authentication methods. This enables the connection of external identity providers (e.g., Keycloak) and allows login via SSO. This offers advantages such as increased security through standardized authentication and simplified user management and centralized identity control.
• The OData interface has had its permission checks extended. It must be ensured through role permissions that the interface user in use has the necessary permissions assigned.
• In administration, configuration for Azure Open AI can be stored. This enables a basic integration of AI functionalities.
• For EasyConnect clients, only an encrypted connection (https) is now allowed. Additionally, the settings on the client are stored encrypted. To use EasyConnect, a user with the right "Use EasyConnect" assigned is now required.
• Charts on the dashboards can be freely resized

Lighting Cadastre

• The bulk editing for lighting points has been extended by the section 'Electrical Data'.

EasyConnect

• The performance for EasyConnect exports has been significantly improved. Exports are now completed much faster.

Energy

• In the energy evaluation, the colors of bars and lines in the charts can be configured. This allows for better overview of the objects in the graphics.

Contacts

• In employee and contact search, searching by email address is now possible.

Costs & Budget

• Invoices can be captured using AI. If an AI configuration is stored in administration, a PDF can be uploaded when capturing an invoice. AI then pre-fills the invoice data in FM, which can be corrected and saved if necessary.

Key

• The filtering of permissions for keys has been improved and is now based on the assigned organizational permissions of the property.

Service Desk

• The template for embedding an external page for ticket capture is available in a new design. Accessibility has also been taken into account.
