What's New in VertiGIS FM version 10.13

VertiGIS FM will be released on February 18, 2026, with version 10.13 - featuring new functions and improvements. A complete list of all changes can be found in the changelog at

Here is an overview of the most important new features:

Platform

• The Swagger interface has been expanded to include devices.
• When selecting responsibilities for buildings, teams are now supported in addition to companies and contacts.

App

• If the ‘Log in with username/password active’ setting is deactivated, user/password authentication is no longer displayed in the app. Authentication is then only possible via OpenIDConnect (OAuth).

Energy

• Energy diagrams can be automatically preloaded and updated in the background. A new setting option is available for this in the dashboard configuration.

  

   

• In Austria, consumption values for electricity meters can be retrieved via the EDA portal.
• The Meteomatics weather data API can be used to retrieve current temperature data for the respective location for use in energy evaluations and charts.
• The energy balances for the building are displayed correctly again.

Building

• For groupware events, there is a parameter for the maintenance company responsible for building measures.
• The report data source for doors/gates has been expanded to include fields for assigned measures.
• Doors/gates can be located on the map.

Maintenance

• The “Completion notification” field is available for multiple processing of device measures.
