VertiGIS FM will be released on 05 June 2024 with version 10.4 - with new functions and improvements. You can find a complete list of all changes in the changelog at https://changelogs.vertigis.com/. Here is an overview of the most important new features:
App / App Maintenance
Flexible properties of the online application are fully available in the Maintenance app after synchronisation.
There is a separate section for the device hierarchy in the detailed view of the device.
Component checklists can be processed in the maintenance app.
Mobile tree register
Flexible properties can be viewed and edited during tree inspections.
Energy management
There is a new energy report workflow in energy management
One or more buildings or supply areas can be selected there. The consumption for heat, electricity and water is displayed graphically and in tabular form for these. The graphics are interactive, individual areas can be hidden, you can zoom and export the current view directly as a png. The tables show consumption values and comparative values.
The current financial year and the previous four years are included in the analysis.
Flexible properties
The "Expression" data type is available as a flexible property.
This allows a calculation to be performed in a flexible property. Flexible properties with an expression are always read-only. They cannot be changed in the editing view of the object.
If you require an expression, please contact your project manager or support.
Maintenance
When generating measures from a defect, it is now possible to select an object other than the original object.
Map
For VertiGIS Studio integration, relationships between objects can be synchronised via configuration.
A map view can be configured for tasks and measures in project management.
Cost calculation
Measures can be generated at the investment planning positions. One measure is possible at each position.
Project management
A workflow for entering new projects is available on the project management start page.
