Structure Rights VertiGIS FM

In VertiGIS FM, you can restrict access to objects for different users or roles to specific object paths, so that users, for example, can only see devices of the execution NSA.FLA.FLG (Usage-specific systems - Fire extinguishing systems - Fire extinguishing devices). Devices from other structure branches or executions remain hidden from the user.

You can also filter the view to specific contract classes using structure rights, so users only have access to contracts of the assigned contract classes.

For the following objects, access to certain object types can be filtered using structure rights:

* Documents
* Vehicles
* Devices
* Inventory
* Contacts
* Artwork
* Notifications
* Contracts

Structure rights can be assigned in Administration - Roles/Rights - Structure Rights. First, select the users who should receive the view restricted by structure rights:

You can also assign the structure right role-based, so that all users assigned to the selected role can only see objects of the object paths defined here:

Users with the notification types selected in the screenshot will now only see notifications of the types "Accident" and "Malfunction".

When setting the structure rights, it is important to ensure that all object types that should be visible are marked. Even in products that are not the target of the structure rights filter, it must be checked that all object types are selected there, otherwise objects of unmarked object groups or object paths will not be displayed.
