For problem analysis in GEBman / ProOffice the ServerLog or DebugLog can be helpful. Configuration is possible in the log.config. This file can be found in the application directory.
- Go to the file WebSites and open the log.config (...\application_name\WebSites, point 1).
- The screenshot shows the lines that need to be commented out/in (line 28-51 and line 92, point 2):
Please add the data path, where the data should be filed at the server (<file value>).
- In the moment of log.config saving the file will be archived at the mentioned data path.
- Please do not forget to deactivate the Log after your analysis.
