In VertiGIS FM, queries can be saved in the detailed search in order to reuse them for later tasks. In addition, predefined standard queries are available. The queries can then be made visible either user-specific or role-specific on the start page or product start page.

User-specific

• Select the gearwheel in the "Tasks" section on the home page
• Activate the required queries
• Save

Role-specific

All queries can also be enabled on a role-specific basis as follows - here using the standard report 'Locking systems' from key management as an example:

Administration > Reports > Reports/Queries > Key management -> Report 'Locking systems' -> activate for the desired role
