Good ratings, on the other hand, show us that we are doing a good job. Last but not least, good ratings and comments are a wonderful motivation for our teams.
Of course, we understand that it can be tedious to receive an e-mail notification to rate every solved request. For this reason, there is now an option to opt out of automatic support rating e-mail notifications. Of course, rating in our Help Center is still possible.

Deactivate e-mail notification
After receiving an e-mail notification for rating our support, further e-mail notifications can be deactivated with a few steps.
- Reply to our e-mail notification
- Write the word NO_CSAT in the reply text
- Send e-mail
From this point on, you will no longer receive further e-mail notifications for rating our support.
You can still rate the individual requests in the Help Center.
You are also welcome to send a request for deactivation to our support team. We will then make the change manually in the respective profile.
Activate e-mail notification
You also have the option to reactivate the notification yourself. To do this, you need to create and send a comment by e-mail or via the Help Center with the word GET_CSAT for any request.
After that, the e-mail notification for rating our support will be activated again for all future solved requests.
You are also welcome to send a request for activation to our support team. We will then make the change in the respective profile manually.
