Our support center is located at https://support.vertigis.com/. It is the central hub for all technical questions about VertiGIS software products.
General
The constantly growing number of articles helps with questions and problems. However, if direct help is required, requests can be submitted to our support teams via the Support Center.

Registration
Registering for our Support Center is simple. As soon as an e-mail is sent to a support address, a user is automatically created. Further options are summarized in the article How do I create an account in the VertiGIS Support Center?
Now all you have to do is request your first password and you're ready to go.
Support Requests
You can submit a request to the support team via the Submit a request link in the top right-hand corner of the Support Center. We ask that you follow a "one ticket, one question" rule, to help us better track your requests and assign tickets efficiently.
