Provide console log file from the Internet browser (development tools)

In addition to the HAR file, we also require a log file from the Console tab for further analysis in Support.

How to generate a Console log in Chrome or Edge

1. Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
2. Open the website that has the issue.
3. Click the menu in the upper right and select "More tools > Developer tools".
4. Click on the Console tab.
5. Refresh the page and allow Chrome or Edge to record the interaction with the website.
6. Once the page has loaded, right-click on the open Console tab.
7. With "Save as...", the entries can be saved as a text file. This is illustrated in the figure below.

How to generate a Console log in Firefox

1. Open Firefox.
2. Open the website that has the issue.
3. Click the menu in the upper right and select "More tools > Web Developer Tools".
4. Click on the Console tab.
5. Refresh the page and allow Firefox to record the interaction with the website.
6. Once the page has loaded, right-click on the open Console tab.
7. With "Save as...", the entries can be saved as a text file. This is illustrated in the figure below.
