If parts of the ConnectMaster interface look wrong or are missing - panels, toolbars, buttons, or menu entries - resetting the UI layout usually fixes it in one step.
When to use this
Use this reset if you are experiencing any of the following:
- A panel or docking window has disappeared, e.g. the Properties panel, Navigator, or Output window is no longer visible.
- A toolbar is missing or has moved to an unexpected position.
- A button you previously used is no longer visible
- A menu entry is missing or the menu bar looks incomplete.
- The overall window layout is broken - panes are overlapping, floating, or the workspace looks scrambled.
How to reset the UI
- Open the File menu in the menu bar at the top of the application window.
- Click Extras, then click Reset all toolbars and docking windows… The layout resets immediately.
> File → Extras → Reset all toolbars and docking windows…
⚠️ Note: This action resets all panel positions, toolbar arrangements, and docking window layouts back to the factory default. Any custom arrangements you have made will be lost.
