Markups are missing in prints with the VertiGIS Studio Printing Engine

When printing in WebOffice or VertiGIS Studio with the VertiGIS Studio Printing Engine, markups are no longer output if certain ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 patches have been installed. This is a known Esri bug.

Workaround: Do not install any of the four patches listed above if you are using WebOffice or VertiGIS Studio with the VertiGIS Studio Printing Engine.
