Overview:
If, when running the Essentials Post installer, there are no Essentials products (REST, manager, or viewers) but only Identity Server, then the registry has become corrupted and needs to be fixed. This can happen when you have installed Essentials to the C:\ drive, uninstalled it, then reinstalled to the E:\ drive, then run the Repair option on the MSI.
Solution:
To fix this, edit the registry keys found here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Latitude Geographics\Deployment
