Print template overview map not printing imagery

If all of the layers included in the Site for the overview map are not visible, the service will be disabled. This is a known issue being tracked as GE-6321.

To avoid this issue, you can remove the offending layers from your site configuration (which is best, anyway, since the Overview Map's layers can't be toggled by the viewer).
