Workflow at startup - Pushpins not showing on tablet devices.

Overview:
When using a start-up workflow that uses a querytask and a selectfeatures activity sequence, if the pushpins do not show on a tablet, it may be due to a timing issue.

Solution:
Add a 5ms delay between the two activities to allow time for the map to draw and add the pushpins.
