Notification for new articles

Question:

Is it possible to be automatically informed when a new article is published in the support portal? Especially in the "Announcements" sections, posts about security notices or product releases often appear, the content of which is relevant to me.

Response:

Yes. For each individual section, you can define whether you follow it. To do this, click on the "Follow" button.

Then you can choose whether you want to be informed only when there are new articles or also when there are new comments.

By clicking again, you can also change the setting back again.

When you follow an section, you will be automatically notified by mail when a new article or comment has been added.

Notes:

VertiGIS recommends following the "Announcements" sections in the "General" category, as well as the product families in use.

To follow a section, you must be signed in to the Support Portal.

Some sections still have subordinate sections. These are not followed automatically. This must be set separately for each section.

Under Following (own name > Activities > Following) you get an overview of which sections you follow.
