Question:
I was informed by support that a bug / issue I reported has been passed to the development team for further action. I was also provided with a development ticket number. How do I find this ticket?
I would like to know if there are any known bugs on specific topics, functionalities, etc. are known, which are possibly already fixed in current versions. Is this possible?
Answer:
In the VertiGIS Product Changelog you can find a simple search on the main page, where you can search for terms or ticket numbers. When specifying the ticket number, the number from the development as well as from the Support Center can be entered. It is also possible to specify several terms or ticket numbers comma-separated. It is also possible to enter several terms or ticket numbers comma separated.
After confirming the input by clicking on GO to the right of the field, the tickets are searched for and listed.
In the displayed list of tickets there are further possibilities to limit the result, e.g. to relevant products.
Note: Tickets passed to the development team are not automatically visible in the VertiGIS Product Changelog. This will only happen when they are published by the development team. If a ticket is not yet visible, the development team has not yet finished processing the ticket. |
