With the release of the VertiGIS Product Changelog in version 1.4.0, it is now possible to log in with your VertiGIS Support Center credentials. This enables additional options, such as filtering the entries to your own tickets or tickets of your own organization.
Logging In
| Prerequisite: You are already logged into the VertiGIS Support Center in your browser. |
Logging in is done by clicking on the icon in the header bar
After successful login, the username is displayed in the header bar
By clicking the icon again, you will be logged out.
Filtering on Own Tickets or Tickets of Own Organization
After logging in, it is possible to filter the displayed items based on the logged-in user.

No filtering is applied based on the logged-in user -
Me:
Filtering is applied to items that are tickets from the VertiGIS Support Center assigned to those you have reported yourself. -
Name of the Organization:
Filtering is applied to items that are tickets from the VertiGIS Support Center assigned to those reported by your own organization. The organization is only displayed if tickets from your own organization are also shown under Organizational Requests in the VertiGIS Support Center.
How can I view my requests?
