VertiGIS is committed to providing new features to the users of the support portal as soon as possible. For this reason, we are participating in the open beta for the new request list.
For some time now it has been possible to display additional fields in the list of requests in order to increase the information content of the list and to maintain a better overview.
Currently, the list of available fields displays all fields that are visible in the different forms for end users. Since different fields are used for different product families, this results in a very long list with some identical names. We are working on an improvement here.
Nevertheless, across all product families, we can recommend displaying the following fields:
- Business Impact - Indicates how the user ranked their request.
- Azure DevOps Ticket Number - Displays the ticket number of the VertiGIS development system
