For this, the username (e-mail address), the two security questions and the Authenticator app are required.

- Go to https://transfer.vertigis.com in the browser
- Mark the input field Terms of use
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- In the password reset dialog enter user name (the email address), first name and last name.
After submitting, you will receive an email with a link to a web page where you will be asked for a new password after entering the two security questions and the security code from the Authenticator app.
Important: Accounts are automatically suspended after six months of inactivity for security reasons. The password reset function no longer works for suspended accounts. Please request reactivation of the account using the following form. |
