For this, the username (e-mail address), the two security questions and the Authenticator app are required. Without the answers to the security questions, a new password can only be requested using the following form. The prerequisite is the login to the VertiGIS Help Center.
- Go to https://transfer.vertigis.com in the browser
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- In the password reset dialog enter user name (the email address), first name and last name.
After submitting, you will receive an email with a link to a web page where you will be asked for a new password after entering the two security questions and the security code from the Authenticator app.
