In case you have updated your web application be sure to clear the browser cache to ensure full functionality.
After clearing the browser cache close all browser windows and start the browser again!
Microsoft Edge
- To the right of the search bar, click Settings and more.
- Select Settings.
- The Settings tab opens.
- Select Privacy, search and services in the navigation bar.
- On the main page, in the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear.
- Set the 'Time range' All time.
- Tick the checkbox Cached images and files.
- By clicking Clear now the browser cache is deleted.
Mozilla Firefox
- To the right of the search bar, click Open application menu.
- Select Settings.
- The Settings tab opens.
- Select Privacy &Security in the navigation bar.
- On the main page, in the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data... .
- Tick the checkbox Cached Web Content.
- By clicking Clear the browser cache is deleted.
Google Chrome
- To the right of the search bar, click Customize and control Google Chrome.
- Select Clear all browsing data... .
- Set the 'Time range' All time.
- Tick the checkbox Cached images and files.
- By clicking Clear data the browser cache is deleted.
