If a request you've made has been resolved, you can mark the ticket as "solved" yourself. You can also mark a ticket as solved when adding a comment.
Mark as solved without comment
- Navigate to the request.
- Click on "Mark as solved", found below the Add to conversation input box.
Mark as solved with comment
- Navigate to the request.
- Click on "Add to conversation".
- Enter your message.
- Click on "Mark as solved & Submit".
