VertiGIS FM will be released on 16 April 2025 with version 10.8 - with new functions and improvements. You can find a complete list of all changes in the changelog at https://changelogs.vertigis.com/.
Here is an overview of the most important new features:
Platform
- There are performance improvements when loading data, when navigating within the application and when using flexible properties.
- Search fields for date fields are initially pre-filled with a time.
- Maps of linked objects can be output in the report. These can be, for example, individual maps of parcels of land that are linked to a property.
App Maintenance
- The synchronisation time has been improved in the Maintenance app.
Building management
- Deactivated maintenance strategies are now visible on the building. This ensures that all maintenance strategies, including deactivated ones, can be displayed for better management and monitoring.
Contact management
- New product setting in the administration ‘Check for uniqueness of e-mail addresses’. If this is deactivated, e-mail addresses for companies and contacts no longer need to be unique.
Costs & Budget
- As an alternative to creating budgets for accounts/CTUs, budgets can now also be defined for accounts/cost units. This can be configured in Administration under Settings | Configure products | Costs and budget under ‘Budgetierung nach Konto/KST (sonst Konto/KTR)’.
Energy management
- The MQTT integration supports the transfer of additional key meter data (OBIS key figures).
Integration
- Flexible properties that are defined with an expression are sent via synchronisation.
Maintenance
Extensive revision of capacity planning
- Additional evaluation options are available for capacity planning dashboards.
- A search function for the capacity utilisation overview has also been added. This can be used to create your own dashboard elements. This enables a clear presentation of utilisation and capacities.
- In the daily view of capacity planning, the core time is displayed in a time range.
- In the weekly view, the days are divided into time ranges of 4 hours.
- The tasks are displayed in a 2-line view.
- The location is now also available.
- The filters in capacity planning are saved even if the user logs out. This ensures that once a view has been set for dispatching, it is permanently retained.
At the maintenance interval, the checkbox ‘Basis last planned date’ has been converted into a dropdown. This means that the basis for generating dates can be
- the last planned date
- the last implementation date or
- the commissioning date
can be used as the basis. This makes date generation more flexible for the user.
Service Desk
- The tile labelling for messages has been optimised in the WebApp.
