In the case of problems with the 3A-LM-UT license software, detailed information on the error pattern is required. For this purpose, the logging level for the log files must be changed and the log files must be made available to VertiGIS Support after the error has occurred.

The easiest way to apply the settings is to reboot the computer. After the restart, start the license analysis and check the licenses. If everything is ok, start the 3A-LM-UT application and reproduce the license issue.
After the license error has occurred, the resulting log files of the license software must be provided to VertiGIS Support:

You will also find the following on the computer of the license manager (license server) in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\AED-SICAD\Licensing\LogFiles\ the file AED-SICAD-FLEXlm-Daemon.log, which logs all incoming and outgoing licenses.
