Release of M4 Version 19.0.78

Version 19.0.78 is ready for release!  The newest version has several nice enhancements that will help users customize their projects in a number of new ways, including the option to minimize the Icons Toolbar, change Highlight colors, and more.  There are also 12 bug fixes, repairing various issues that have been discovered since the last release.  Please contact Support if you have additional questions about any of these specific bug fixes.
