Answer:
For accessing a geodatabase in Oracle using a UT application, the installation of Oracle InstantClient is required. For some functionality like Single Sign On additional the Oracle Provider for OLEDB is needed.

Note: For 32-bit applications such as the UT Editor or UT Asset Manager, a 32-bit Oracle client must be used. For 64-bit applications such as the UT Server, a 64-bit Oracle client must be used. |
