Do I need an ArcGIS Identity to use VertiGIS Studio Mobile Designer?

An ArcGIS Identity with the ability to create content within Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online is required to sign in to VertiGIS Studio Mobile Designer, to enable access to save and share apps, but it’s not necessarily required to access VertiGIS Studio Mobile applications.
