Bookmarks in VSW - When are they saved?

Bookmarks are stored in VertiGIS Studio Web as part of the user preferences. The user preferences are defined as follows:

1. If the user is logged into the VSW application and has sufficient permissions in the Esri portal, the user preference data is stored in the portal and is only available to the logged-in user on each computer.
2. If the application is not authenticated or the user is logged in but cannot create/update items in the portal, the user preference data is stored in the browser's local storage and is only available on this combination of device and browser.

Saved Bookmark "hello" in VSW only available on this combination of device and browser.
