VertiGIS has the following support hours for assisted standard support:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

Outside the official support hours, we offer the following options:

• Self-service in the 24/7 VertiGIS Support Center
• Consult the VertiGIS Documentation Center

Due to globally distributed support teams, availability on public holidays is limited.

For contracts signed before the global VertiGIS group of companies was established, different conditions may still apply.
