To create a support ticket, use the support.vertigis.com website's Submit a request link in the upper-right. From the Submit a request page, choose the product family or brand that corresponds to the product you're using.
Each product family also has an email address associated with it. Using the website is highly preferred as it allows you to specify additional notes about your issue, including the severity of the issue, which will help us properly assign resources to your ticket.
