Release GEONIS 2023 Patch 2

We are pleased to announce the release of Patch 2 for GEONIS 2023, as well as the Sewer Systems 2023 solution in French and Italian. With this release, we have addressed issues and implemented some improvements.

Important Notes

This release includes a patch for GEONIS Expert in the form of a .msp setup. The solution patches are available as .zip files with the necessary configurations. Please refer to the update procedure for more information.

We have opted for this delivery method to allow customers to update with minimal effort on their end. Delivering it as a major release would have resulted in unnecessary work on both ends.

Update Procedure

Software

• GEONIS Expert 2023 must be installed.
• Install GEONIS Expert 2023 Patch 2.

Solutions
The contents of a patch may look like this:

The folders can be copied into the existing media folder, and configurations can be overwritten. If there are customer overrides for the corresponding XML files and configurations, changes must be manually updated in the overrides.
If there is an update folder in the patch, a database update must be executed.
