Result summary - Let us always show popup fields by default

One of our (and apparently other customers') bigger pain points in VSW is the lack of an ArcGIS-like, resizing popup window that shows all fields when clicking on objects in the map. 

Turns out VSW's  “Result Summary" could serve this purpose very well, if it wasn't for one major caveat:

It doesn't actually display any fields, unless you enable the popup fields in summary popup content settings:

This would have to be applied to every single layer in the webmap and wouldn't work with layers that are dynamically added by users or workflows. 

It would be very helpful if this setting could somehow be applied globally to all layers in the application.
