Trusted Storage (.data) not visible

Problem

The Trusted Storage is not available although licences are actively used.

Cause

The Trusted Storage file (.data) is treated as a system file and is hidden in standard environments.

Solution

Activate the option "Hidden items" in Windows Explorer under View.
