VertiGIS DXF export license cannot be obtained

Problem

A VertiGIS DXF Export Concurrent Use license is available, can be obtained and returned from multiple workstations, but not from a single device.

Cause

This is a workstation that only uses ArcGIS products. During the installation of VertiGIS DXF Export for ArcMap, either no license administrator or the wrong license administrator was installed.

As a rule, the FPN version of the client must not be newer than that of the server. VertiGIS DXF Export installs FPN 11.15.1.0 and the GEOCOM License Server 2021 installs FPN 11.14.0.

Solution

If a GEONIS product was installed after the VertiGIS DXF Export for ArcMap, reinstall the later.

If no GEONIS product is installed on the device, make sure you install the VertiGIS DXF Export with the included Geocom License Administrator during the setup.
