Problems with attribute table in MXD

It may cause printing problems if there is a attribute table in the relevant MXD inserted.

Following workaround for the solution of the problem

In ArcMap switch to layout view and remove any existing layout attribute table.

Delete any layout attribut table

Then republish the map service and reload the resource in SynAdmin.
