Can VertiGIS Studio Access Control manage authorization for OGC services (WMS, WFS, etc.)?

Yes. However, OGC capabilities exposed by ArcGIS Server can only be controlled at the layer level. Managing authorization for attributes, features or fields is not supported. Check out our documentation on custom development to learn more.
