UT for ArcGIS Product Line Moves to Extended Support

Our current UT for ArcGIS product line is based on ArcMap, a technology that Esri will discontinue in February 2028. To provide you with planning security, we want to inform you that we will cease further development of these products and focus fully on the next generation of our solutions: VertiGIS Networks. This will be based on ArcGIS Enterprise and the Utility Network, offering you a modern, future-proof platform.

What does Extended Support mean for you?

Starting January 1, 2026, all UT for ArcGIS products will move from General Availability to Extended Support. This means:

• Further development: No new features will be added.
• Bug fixes: Corrections for critical errors and security issues will be provided as needed.
• Support: You will continue to receive assistance through our regular support channels.
