The overarching goal of this Hub is to support all VertiGIS Studio customers regardless of how they identify their status on their journey; whether it be on fully VertiGIS Studio, on our classic Geocortex Essentials or in between. We want to meet you where they are, as “being on Studio” means different things to different organization. You may have configured your first Web App and are now thinking a Workflow might help with the use of your app.
A tactical rationale behind this migration/transition landing hub is to put all relevant resources into one easily navigable Customer Hub. Previously, migration/transition resources are spread across multiple external and internal websites, internal sites are accessible only to VertiGIS Studio staff. A compounded challenge is that staff members need to know that these resources exist, which often is not the case, then where to find them and how to share them. This is not as easy as it may appear, so in the end customers are left to just make do with what they can find on our Studio home page, our Documentation Center or in Communities, which may be alternatively limited or overwhelming.
A Navigation panel, with relevant suggested steps similar to the one below (truncated) will show up in all pages, allowing users to create a pathway to success, regardless of which Studio technology they are currently interested. There is more than one way to create value with Studio, regardless of if it's a new parcel Workflow that generates an innovated Report or perhaps a beautiful Printed map book (see below/attached) or an ANSI-E (2"x 3") map-plot for that critical boardroom meeting with your director and external stakeholders.
The next step is to determine what you want to do and how much time you have right now. Using the familiar I want too... structure, select either a broad category or scroll down to zoom into as specific application or capability.
I want to...
