Does an uninstallation of VSP Engine installer via Windows Programs also remove the published VSP Engine Tools?

After execution of the VSP Engine installer on Windows downloaded from https://support.vertigis.com/hc/en-us/articles/10257643887250-VertiGIS-Studio-Printing-Downloads, the POST installer is available on your machine. The VGS Engine Tools can be published on the specified ArcGIS Server as web tool by executing the POST installer. If the POST installer is uninstalled later on from your machine, the published VGS Engine Tools are still available on your ArcGIS Server. Uninstalling the POST installer does not affect any published web tool at all.
