Does an uninstallation of VSP Engine installer via Windows Programs also remove the published VSP Engine Tools?

After execution of the VertiGIS Studio Print Engine installer on Windows downloaded from https://support.vertigis.com/hc/en-us/articles/10257643887250-VertiGIS-Studio-Printing-Downloads, the Post Installer is available on your machine. The VSP Engine Tools can be published as a geoprocessing service on your designated ArcGIS Server by running the Post Installer. If you later uninstall the Post Installer from your computer, the published VSP Engine Tools will remain available on your ArcGIS Server. Removing the Post Installer does not impact any web tools you have already published.
