The VSP Engine Tools post installer checks which products are available on your host machine. The available products are logged during execution. The installer automatically selects from the available environments and prefers the usage of ArcGIS Pro Python libraries over ArcGIS Server Python libraries for the GP Tools publishing process. If no ESRI Python libraries are found the POST installation is aborted.
