Security issue in PowerFactory licence component (CVE-2023-3935)

PowerFactory is a network calculation software for the calculation of generation, transmission, distribution and industrial networks. Some of our customers use it together with products from the UT for ArcGIS product family.

We have been made aware of a security vulnerability by the manufacturer DIgSILENT. Further information about the security vulnerability and how to fix it can be found here.
