Is Tax Parcel Search workflow shown in VertiGIS Tech Tip available for download?
Is the VertiGIS Workflow demonstrated in the Tech tip video (1:19m mark): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dI53kIepjR4 (AKA Introduction to VertiGIS Studio Workflow - VertiGIS Studio Tech Tips Series) available for download somewhere? We could really use it as a starting point.

I could get it directly opend in Workflow designer.
A workaround is to save the response from the following request as a JSON file and import it in the Workflow designer.

I couldn't use the first URL directly either. I have followed your next suggestion with the .json file and am at least seeing In Workflow Designer what you displayed in your image above.
I will now see if I can rework it for use with our layers. I will report back with my findings.

The reason that workflow does not open in designer is because it is tagged as a production item, which by design are not editable and can only be changed by pushing to production from VSW/VSM designer.
We also typically do not share specific workflows from demo apps, because they tend to be so specific to the demo data. There is though an approximate example on the VSW Sample App that can be used as reference, here.1 -

Ha ha! Too late, I already have the parcel search working for the minimum requirements to replace the GCE workflow for our parcel searches. I haven't yet decided to keep or remove the reporting section of the Parcel Search demo workflow (which I do not have working with our data yet). The reporting may continue to be an option on a separate tool. Regardless of the way we go, this entire workflow is helpful to me.
I had looked through the list of the workflows in the sample kit/download and didn't see a sample like the Parcel Search from the demo by looking at the names and descriptions. I will be sure to use some of the samples for other situations.
I love knowing the hacks, though, Nico. Keep providing them.
