New Print Engines Required?
Hi,
I'm working on an upgrade of all of our on-prem VertiGIS Studio components, but noticed at 5.23 of printing there are new Engine installers. Are these required or can I continue to just run the Printing application as I have been? Our use of printing is so limited, I really don't want to add another application to my Enterprise server if it's unnecessary.
Looking to go from 5.21.0 to 5.24.1

Hi Larissa,
You can continue using the old method of printing. Your Web apps will be looking to use the print engine if you put in the URL for it in the Print Services box shown in this guide. In my situation, I had to move to the print engine to be able to print secured services with allowed referrers set in ArcGIS Online.

Thank you for your insight. I did successfully complete the upgrade last night, and everything is working as expected without the additional engine.
