Warn when workflow is opened in the designer by another user

It is too easy to have two users open a workflow in the designer, and have one overwrite the other's edits. Could you please add a notification if you try to open a workflow that's already opened elsewhere?

Sometimes I just want to copy some stuff out of a workflow, so this notification shouldn't be blocking, maybe only show it when saving?
