Warn when someone else has edited a web viewer

Based on another idea from years ago, I'd like to propose another approach to the same problem. I think this would be easier to implement, although slightly less useful.

When opening and saving an item in the Web designer, remember the portal item's ‘modified’ property (i.e. the timestamp). Before saving again, check if that value is different from the item on portal, which would indicate that someone else has modified the item. In that case, present an option to either overwrite the item, or reload it, and lose the local changes.

Optionally, this could be extended by a periodic check on the modified timestamp, and an option to reload the item if changed.

This could be implemented not only in the Web designer, but in all other designers as well.
