Edit session ending mouse click behavior

Hi, 

We are using the provided editing toolbar in a webapp, but have come across unexpected behaviour. When clicking with any mouse button the _sketch.edit-session-updating event is published and after a second mouse click edit.completed is published. 

This finishes the editing process. It makes it possible for a user to commit an edit by accident, while it is important for this use that the user has full control over when the edit session ends. 

Could it be possible to have control over this behaviour?
