Portal Item Picker - Give us more control on which content we offer

Right now, the only way to pre-filter content as administrator in the Portal Item Picker is via tags.

It would be very helpful if you could also filter by service type, among other things. ArcGIS experience Builder offers a multitude of filtering options with their “curated filter” option. This would be very nice to have in VSW as well:

  This is currently possible. You just need to click into “Show Filters”.

  It's possible on user-side, yes. 

  As administrator it should be possible to enable certain filters by default. For example, our organisation only ever wants to offer Map services and Imagery Services in the Item Picker.
